High Anxiety - Real Estate Taxes in Texas

A recent acticle from the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M (WHOOP) found that the overall tax burden in Texas is one of the lowest in the nation. "Texas property taxes are high compared with many other states. But when the overall tax burden for a family of three is considered, Texas taxes are among the lowest in the nation."
