As a licensed real estate agent in Texas I am required to take Continuing Education Credits every 2 years to renew my license with the Texas Real Estate Commission. Of the 15 hours needed 3 hours must be a legal update and another 3 hours must be an ethics update. The balance of the 9 hours can be anything I choose. There is usually a good variety of courses from which I can pick.
